AboutThe Oasis Program is an outreach program of Flying Kites Global, a non-profit organization headquartered in New York that seeks to raise the standards of care available to the world's poorest children. The Oasis Program engages local and global communities to significantly improve the quality of care offered to orphaned and vulnerable children by uniting, supporting and building the capacity of existing orphanages in Nairobi, Kenya.
MissionThe Oasis Program seeks to build the capacity of orphanages by sharing a proven model of business operation, establishing a forum for communication and facilitating greater access to professional and educational resources. The Oasis Program connects orphanages and caregivers in Nairobi, Kenya with the tools, resources and education necessary to improve childcare, achieve financial independence and gain long-term sustainability.
